By the end of this programme, participants will gain clear actionable insights into crafting publishable manuscripts and drafting competitive proposals for funded projects-essential tools for advancing academic careers and contributing to knowledge- building in their disciplines. About the Department

The Department of English at Thiravium College of Arts land. Science for Women, Theni, plays a vital role in nurturing communication skills, critical thinking and literary appreciation among students. The department coffers both Undergraduate (BA English) and Postgraduate (M.A. English) programmes, aiming to Provide a strong foundation in English language and literature. With a curriculum that blends classical and contemporary texts, the department encourages students to explore British, American, Indian and world literature.
